Swanks meats is a family owned business that was started in 1971 by my father, mother, and grandfather. The business was originally located in the Osceola Wisconsin area near Big Lake. It consisted of one truck, small cooler and freezer in our garage and a processing room the size of a small bedroom.
At first it was a part-time job but in 1981 the business moved to its present location on Hwy 8 in St. Croix Falls Wisconsin. It was then that it became a fulltime business.
For myself I was born in 1971 and grew up along with the business. In 1998 my father and mother retired from the business and handed it down to me.
We always have and still do take pride in our work and value all of our many customers that have supported two generations of our family.
If you have not visited our store before we hope to see you soon. If you have visited us before we look foreword to seeing you again.
